MATERNAL-FETAL MEDICINE

Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo wanted to hire maternal-fetal medicine specialists. It's a practice in high demand. To stand out, WCHB attended an MFM conference in Chicago and handed out custom-made, oversized Buffalo nickels labeled "Our Five Cents." The nickels bore a URL leading to a landing page with a welcome message and recruiting pitch. The result? Two top prospects were hired within months.
